  • Stephen Tordeich founded the business in 2011 after a successful career in the building, finance, and manufacturing industries.

    With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Before starting Abode, Stephen renovated houses in Central Auckland, igniting his passion for design and construction.

  • Patrick Preisig is a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 30 years in the industry, known for his ability to deliver prestigious homes.  He excels in finding innovative solutions that delights clients while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

    Patrick's expertise spans rural properties, urban housing, city apartments and remove and rebuilds, making him a sought-after advisor in the field.
